Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all Ayurvedic and cosmetic products cannot be resold once purchased, even if unopened or unused.

If a return is accepted as an exception, it must be requested within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a 30% storage and handling fee based on the product’s value.
This fee covers inspection, hygiene control, storage, and the loss of resale condition.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Opened or used products
• Damaged or incomplete items not due to our error
• Items returned after 30 days

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item and approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged products may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
