All appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Gift certificates issued for a specific treatment are redeemable for the treatment indicated on the certificate.
  • The original gift certificate must be presented at the appointment unless it has been verified in advance by Salon Cassiopé.
  • If the certificate cannot be presented or verified, regular payment for the scheduled service will be required.
  • Gift certificates do not expire. If the current price of the specified treatment is higher than the value indicated on the certificate, an applicable price difference may be required.
  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
